INTRODUCING • 'REV UP'
We'll be hosting our own conditioning-based class every Saturday and Sunday starting this weekend!
The class will mainly consist of cardio-based movements with an emphasis on keeping your heart rate up, building your fitness levels and listening to some potentially very dodgy music!
All levels are welcome and all movements can be progressed/regressed as required.
